SFERRA and Scalamandré unite once more to unveil a truly exquisite bedding collection featuring Luoyang Garden, a signature archival print reimagined for the modern home. Inspired by the famed peony gardens of Luoyang, China—revered for their beauty and symbolism—the design showcases a lush tableau of blooming peonies and delicately fluttering butterflies. Originally adapted from a hand-painted Chinese silk panel in the Scalamandré archives, the motif has been artfully transformed into a soft watercolor composition, evoking the serenity and romance of an ancient garden in full bloom. Printed in Italy on silky-smooth, long-staple cotton sateen, the design offers a mural-like effect, bringing painterly elegance and timeless botanical charm to the bedroom.
